The man can cook!

"The world's greatest chefs are all men."-Unknown

I have to be one of the luckiest girls in the world. My boyfriend is the sweetest, most caring, romantic, loving, affectionate, considerate person I've ever dated. And on top of that..the man can cook!

Rob has cooked me all kinds of delicious meals. Here are just a few of the things he's made me-

Chicken, salmon, pork chops, burgers, steak, grilled vegetables such as zucchini, squash, spaghetti squash, artichokes, broccoli, spinach, baked potatoes, and crab stuffed mushrooms. I mean really..does it get much better than that??

But what I really love about him is that he knows I cannot eat a lot of foods because of my IC and he takes that into consideration and always makes me something special just for me. He puts a lot of time and love into what he cooks. What a sweet guy right??

Here is a picture of Rob cooking-

And here is a picture of what I do while he is cooking, stay out of his way-

Rob is very lucky to have a nice neighbor with a garden who brings over homegrown vegetables all the time. Nothing tastes better than home grown veggies.

Here are a few photos of some of the dishes Rob has cooked-

Salmon, artichoke and feta baked potato..one of my favorites.

Chopped salad, grilled chicken, avocado and broccoli.

More chicken and broccoli :)

Crab stuffed mushrooms, steak and asparagus.

Chicken marsala with asparagus. (This one I was unable to eat, but look at that skill!)

Steak, mushrooms and artichoke.

Grilled chicken, sauteed spinach, feta cheese, and bacon.

Cheese and bacon stuffed chicken breast with homemade mashed potatoes with garlic butter gravy.

Good thing I have a man who can and enjoys to cook because I can't.. instead I like to bake. Here's something I baked just for Rob-
